Account info: Email and name when you sign up.

Your content: Splats you upload, comments you post.

Technical stuff: Basic server logs and privacy-respecting analytics. No tracking cookies.

What We Do With It

Run Splatcam (the obvious one)
Improve the product using aggregate analytics
Send emails about your account (not spam)

What We Don't Do

Sell your personal data
Use invasive tracking
Share with data brokers

AI & Machine Learning

We may use public splats to train AI models that improve Splatcam (like our backfill technology).

Public splats may be used for training
Private and unlisted splats are never used
One click permanently opts out all your content
We don't sell training data to third parties

Want out? Settings → Privacy → "Exclude from AI training". Permanent. Done.
