Using Splatcam

By using Splatcam, you agree to these terms. Pretty standard.

You must be 13+ to use this service.

Your Content

You own what you upload. We don't claim ownership of your splats.

By uploading, you give us permission to:

• Store and display your content
• Generate thumbnails and previews
• Use public content for AI training (see Privacy Policy)

You can delete your content anytime. When you delete it, we delete it.

Don't Be Evil

Don't upload:

• Illegal content
• Content that violates others' rights
• Malware or harmful files
• Spam or automated abuse

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

The Service

Splatcam is provided "as is". We do our best but can't guarantee 100% uptime.

We may modify or discontinue features. We'll try to give notice for big changes.

Liability

We're not liable for lost data, downtime, or other damages beyond what the law requires.

You're responsible for keeping backups of important content.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use = acceptance.
